Constipated..need help

10 days pp, up until now I have been having daily BM but tonight I find myself unable to go... TMI ahead... Im on iron 3x day and stool softeners. I have a lot of stitches and one is right up against my sphincter and I have been unable to clench my butt when going haha but now I cant really push either without causing myself pain. I took some wipes down there while trying my best to bear down and was able to break a tiny bit off but not enough to actually finish.... Anyone have any suggestions???
