10 weeks old refuse the bottle even when so hungry and screams and cry

My 10 weeks old baby is suffering every time i want to feed her

GP thinks she has colic and Reflux at the same time. Omeperazole medication made her so drowsy so we stopped and we give her Gaviscon only and Infacol for her colic. None has worked so far but her cry events has increased and sometimes she screams for an hour and nothing seems to work. She is no longer get calmed by car ride, hugs and walks. She is taking half of what she use to have and when so hungry not being able to accept the bottle and we have to distract her or she is fed only when sleeping. I am really worried and not sure what the problem is. Please let me know your thoughts 🙏🏻😣😣🙏🏻
