UNPLANNED home birth anyone?

just looking for others who have gone through what I did. I shared my birth story almost a week ago. 5/2 I had our beautiful baby girl, but she was born at home with paramedics. truthfully now that I've been able to think about it and look back on it, it was traumatic. coming home was really hard and learning to relax again in an environment that was.... not relaxing for a period of time. I've been trying to cope with my feelings/thoughts and I was advised to look for people who went through something similar. ❤️

I had my 3rd at home unexpectedly, pushed 3 times she was out. Drank castor oil trying to speed things up. She was 9 lbs 0 oz. 20.5 in
Me and her father delivered her.

My dad was born at home unexpectedly. I had my 3 as planned home births due that and how quickly my mom had me.

I just had my 3rd baby at home on 5/12. Unplanned. And I have a lot of the same feelings. It really was very traumatic for me, and being in our room where he was born is still hard. I’m hoping with time these feelings will start to fade, but for now I’m just trying to talk through it as much as I can.
