1st pregnancy at 39 after a MMC

Found out I was pregnant at 38, a month before my 39th birthday. We found out 2 days before my actual birthday that our baby had stopped growing. I was nervous and scared that I would miscarry from the moment I found out. It took a while for us to get back to normal. About 5 months after I went to my OB to seek help in trying to conceive again. She said to try for 3 more months naturally. All in total, 7 months after our MMC I am pregnant again. Only this time I am not scared or nervous that we will miscarry. Is it normal to just know if something bad or good is happening? Like I'm just sure in my heart that this is it and I have no reason to worry. Any advice on how you felt when you were pregnant and how it turned out would be great. Thank you ladies.
