Day 27 No sign of AF

Any help is appreciated. So my cycle is anywhere from 25-28 days. I had iud for two months and removed. 2 days later I had a period that lasted 4 days. I ovulated the 26th of April well at least I thought I did. I had egg white CM. Well tonight cycle day 27 I’m flooded with more EGG WHITE CM. I have been nauseous this past week on and off and have been more hungry. I also had vaginal cramping for about an hour in the am. Could I be pregnant one month post iud removal. My GYN said my fertility would return to normal with 72 hours. I’m 42 and already have three kids. All of which I knew I was pregnant before AF came. I have the same gut feeling now. My fiancé has no children at all and is dying to have a biological child. He is 41. Could we be having a baby? Last AF was April 12, 2022. Cycle before was March 15, 2022. Cycle before that was February 23, 2022. All cycles are 3-4 days
