ewcm but negative ovulation test?

i’ve been having a ton of ewcm the last few days with slight cramping, im currently cd16 and my apps say i should be ovulating today, i’ve been trying not to test anything this month so i can stop being stressed but ive taken 2 ovulation tests and they’re both negative. im wondering if i already ovulated?? please help

Ewcm don’t mean you are ovulating or going to ovulate it only means your cm is at the best stage for sprem to live in or not. You could also miss your ovulation window if not tracking properly keep having sex every other day
