Do I make the call or wait longer? 🤦🏼‍♀️

32 weeks+. I’ve went to l&d so many times it seems over the last 4 weeks. I was in preterm labor 11 days ago, they were able to stop it with procardia. Got my steroid shots. Contractions came back a few days after. The last two days I’ve had excruciating lower back pain that shoots into my thighs and lots of pressure in my butt. It hurts to walk. I’m so exhausted. I’ve also had period cramping with lots of mucus plug but no blood. I’d say the back pain is 6/10, cramps 4/10, and contractions are irregular 3/10 pain. I woke up at 11:30 in extreme pain for an hour, took a shower. The pain fizzled. Fell asleep till 4:45, woke up in extreme pain with several contractions. It’s now 6:30 and contractions fizzled but still have the back pain/cramps. How long do I wait? My body is so done. I don’t have any answers 😫
