How to feel sexy again...21 weeks pregnant with #2

So with my first pregnancy I don't remember struggling this much with my body changes. I know that I'm showing much earlier this time which may be part of the problem but I feel DISGUSTING.

My husband says I'm still sexy and beautiful, we only have sex twice a month right now (definitely not because that's what I want! My sex drive is very high at the moment). It used to be about 1x a week just due to schedules and having a toddler... I don't want to draw more attention to the fact that I feel yucky by continuing to mention it but I feel so gross. How do I get over this? It's not just about the sex btw, like this morning I got dressed and I'm just repulsed at how I look 😭
