Postpartum belly pooch 😇
First off , all bodies are beautiful, and postpartum bodies are too. Stretch marks , scars and all.
That being said , I do want to continue to get back in shape physically, and specifically target my abs. I had pretty bad diastisis recti, so I’m left with a nice little pooch. I wouldn’t mind getting rid of that 😉 I’m 6 months postpartum and have lost all but 3 pounds of a 40 pound pregnancy weight gain.
Soooo … any tips ? What has worked for you ?
