1st Trimester help

I went to the doctor a little early because I got excited. She said I was 6 weeks and measured small gave me a list of things not to do. Don’t have sex. Now I’m almost 9 weeks can get another appointment until June and having some trouble. Everyone is mixed up and I was just wondering does Oral count? Is it the penetration part that’s bad or the orgasm part? Trying to hang on to something. Please help lol

*update* I called and asked her to be more clearly and she pretty much blew me off and said if I have questions or concerns to go to an emergency clinic. Definitely will be changing doctors
