My old obgyn was named Evan Kathleen Harrison, I couldn't tell if it was a man with a woman's middle name or a gal with a "typically seen in men" name but she was a great ob and I was super bummed when she moved away and I didn't get to see her for my second baby. Overall it's not common but it's been done before so if you're super in love with the name then go for it😊

Yes! I know 2 girls named Evan. Both are 20+ years old so it’s not one of those trendy let’s name our daughter James (and for the record all my daughters have unisex names so nothing against them).
