Best Double Stroller?

So my husband and I just found out we’re pregnant again. Our daughter is 10 months old and since we weren’t planning on having another so soon, we ended up getting a single stroller for her. Now we’re looking for a double stroller for a toddler and a newborn. We tested a couple of strollers today and I really liked the Uppababy Vista, but I don’t know that I want to spend that much on a stroller when this will be our last baby. What’s the best double stroller for a short mom (4’11) that’s easy to throw into a Tahoe? Help!!
