Put a call out to your OB as soon as they open. If the bleeding becomes so heavy that you saturate a pad an hour or you develop unrelenting pain, head to the ER. If the bleeding stays light, wait until further instruction from your OB. The fact that you’re cramping along with the bleeding is a little concerning, but neither of those things automatically mean miscarriage. Did you have sec recently? Have a transvaginal ultrasound? Even a difficult bowel movement? The cervix is so sensitive right now. Good luck!!

Id call your doctor, they can run some labs and maybe even do an ultrasound to see. Have you had sex recently in the last 24 hours? Our cervix gets EXTREMELY sensitive during pregnancy and can bleed easily. Could also be regular irritation as well. I would try not to stress too much and just see if you can get in with your doctor asap

I would call your doctor and monitor it. If it gets redder and heavier it is possible that it is a miscarriage. If it stays like that or spotting it could be nothing.
