A bit worried

My period usually comes every 23 days but it reset this month to 28 because my period was late last month. Now the app says it should come in 3 days my partner says we are fine but I have really bad anxiety. We used protection and he even pulled out, I also checked the condom and there were no rips. But I’m feeling sore boobs and some cramps that are period like. I don’t know what to do, should I just wait until the day the app says it will come?
