So anxious about high risk appt tomorrow

So it's no shock to me , tomorrow is my 1st high risk drs apt ( I always see high risk bc I'm a transplant patient) I'm 10w1d everything seems to be fine , no bleeding cramping ( only when I have to #2 lol ) but just always that feeling something could go wrong l, we've seen peanuts heartbeat 2 times at 7w5d and 8w1d HR 180 but I'm terrified of Missed miscarriage I've read so much about it and I know I shouldn't . Just needed to vent to ladies who understand the nervous feeling..hope everyone is doing great and hope everyone has a fabulous Monday!!!!
