How do you take care of yourself on your period?

I’m extremely emotional and touchy right now and Nothing is helping. I don’t want to start a fight with my partner over something little or not worth stressing about now.

I’ve gone on a walk, hung out with a friend, got my nails done, got a body massage, yoga, meditation…I cannot stop crying about random thoughts.

I’m not on birth control and these emotions are so intense.
