Anyones already tired of Braxton Hicks?!

Hi Ladies,
I’m 22 weeks and oh boy these BH contractions are no joke! I literally can’t stand more than 5mins, otherwise I start to get really bad tightening in the front and my back. 
How am I going to survive this for 18 more weeks?!?!? 😭

Anybody telling you they can’t hurt that’s not true! 
Braxton hicks can absolutely hurt! You need to have a conversation with the doc to confirm what you are feeling and watch for signs that it’s labor pains not braxton hicks. 
Also, drink lots of water. Dehydration can make them come more frequently and be more uncomfortable

BH contractions aren’t supposed to hurt. If the ones you’re feelings are hurting I’d go in to get monitored!

Heya I am 27 weeks and was getting them pretty intensely each day and started to notice they were related to active west pulled up over my bump, active exercising, dehydration, full bladder, baby kicking and finally laying in bed at night tired. Keeping my active west rolled down under my belly hugely reduced the frequency of them! Such a relief. Have you picked up any patterns?
