Need advice guys

I want your advice guys . I had ordered something from shien but delivery guy lost my package . He delivered it to somewhere else . He did this twice . Today he came again to drop package and i cought him . I asked him about my package and he started yelling at me . He shouts and abused me , even he tried to hit me , tried to scared me . Can you give me advice how i can do complain about him. . I talked to uniuni courier service but they are not taking it seriously . What should i do now ??
