23/24 day cycle

Hi ladies,

So I have a rather short cycle 23/24 days in total. I’m currently on day 8 and have a positive opk.

I’m under consultant care as I had key hole surgery for an ovarian cyst back in February and turns out I have endometriosis. I spoke to my consultant about my typical cycle length and typically ovulate on day 9 and he didn’t seem concerned that this is quite soon after I finish a period (they last 4 days).

Basically my question is: ladies with shorter cycles do you ovulate this early in to your cycle as well?
