Yellow discharge

Good morning ladies,

I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and this morning I woke up to this color discharge. Ive been getting this color here and there. I’ve been having back and abdominal pain, mild but concerning. I’ve been constantly peeing more or having to go pee by increasing my water intake. Is this normal or should I try and call my doctor for an appointment?
