7-9 dpo killer headache

i didn’t track this cycle cus i was depressedddd. ttc is hard yall. i had ovulation spotting and cramps so i have a general guess as to when but i drank my water, had a cup of coffee, and lunch so nothing out of the norm. headaches are not an AF symptom for me. anyone have had killer headaches before their BFP?
