Based on LH and Progesterone percentages when did my egg release and did I do enough Bding
I just started using OOVA fertility translator which is great but I’m wondering based on my LH percentages which day was actually my peak and on which day my egg was likely released and still in my system. I BDed once during my high and on both days of peak and only once the day after peak which still read as high. So my concern is figuring out when my egg was released and if enough sperm was there to meet the eggs
