Having one has nothing to do with having the other. I mean, who has brown hair and herpes? Or is tall and had chicken pox? That’s the level of correlation you’re looking at here 🤷🏼‍♀️

There are other herpes viruses as well though eg roseola (common in toddlers) and mononucleosis/epsteinbarr virus. Im curious why youre focusing on chicken pox? To ny knowledge, oral herpes is related to genital herpes, but not the childhood illnesses.

Well I don't know if I have oral herpes or not. I've kissed my husband while he had (when I was young and stupid and didn't actually know what it was really) but I've never had an outbreak ever. I did have chicken pox as a child though.
