Says I bother him

My partner says I bother him and I should never double call him. If he doesn’t answer the first time then I should take that as a sign he does not want to talk. And that I should be the one waiting for him to call me but he doesn’t want calls from me. He kept on ranting how he hates me calling him a lot especially on his days off

Ps: when I addressed the issue that he calls me back to back, sometimes even 5x back to back he said that wasn’t a problem. He said he was able to do it but I wasn’t…
