Am I being dramatic?

So I've just found out I'm I'm few weeks along with my second baby. And my partner won't stop having digs at me for sleeping during the day when I put my 2 year old down. Talks over me/ignores when I try talk to him majority of time. So I feel like I've deffinately become more distant and in my own head. Then has the audacity to crack it with me by not showing any respect to him by talking when he talks to me or giving short answers. I honestly don't get it. Alot of the time I don't even realise I'm being rude or distant but when he snaps the way he does I then have no interest to apologise.
