Husband won’t get therapy

What do you do if you want your husband or partner to seek therapy but they won’t

I had a talk with my husband because we’ve been going through a lot of shit and unfortunately it has to do with his actions. I feel like there’s literally no way to fix what is wrong without therapy

I asked him yesterday if he would go to therapy and he said “I’d have to think about it but probably not” and I asked why and he said “because my family doesn’t do that shit. We aren’t pussies”

I just don’t know where to go from here.. I don’t want to be that kind of woman that gives their man an ultimatum but idk what else there is to do
