So, I just found out I’m pregnant and super excited!

…but I’m terrified. I’ve never had a Pap smear. I’ve tried in the past but got so scared I passed out. Despite being sexually active, the speculum just scares me.

I’ve bought speculum exams to insert myself to get me used to it. Do you guys have any other ideas?

It’s just super embarrassing. Sex doesn’t freak me out any more, obviously. It’s literally just speculum insertion.

It’s weird. Labor scares me less for some reason. 🤣
