Should I be okay and get pierced tomorrow if not tonight ?

My period is about to be one day late . Should I be worried ? I haven’t had sex in almost 2 1/2 months. And I’ve got my period twice after that. Using ultra tampons and all. But still no period. I have cramps, acne, bloating, mood swings, emotional, hot flashes, etc. but still no peirod yet . Should I be okay and get it. I’m overthinking it . I just want it to come already.
