The return of your period

How was y’all ladies cycle after birth if you wasn’t breastfeeding or on birth control? I had my first period on April 25th bleed for 13 days and then had my second cycle on may 15th bleed for 5 days. My period tracker is saying I ovulate on Sunday may 29th but I’m having cramps that feels like period cramps just not as bad. bbt chart to me shows no ovulation. Do you guys see ovulation? Hubby and I had sex last night then a hour later the cramping started.
