5 weeks 5 days miscarriage

Edited post from may 22: On may 9th my hcg levels were 200.8 and as of may 22nd they were 1841.9. My gestational sac measured .8 cm and my yolk sac .2 ,no fetal pole was found, they said it may be too early. ( all occurred on may 22nd). I’m concerned about my hcg levels and the progression of this pregnancy. I suffered 2 chemical pregnancies, one in November 2021 and one in February 2022, help please..

Update: as of today may 24th my hcg only went up to 2200, they saw a fetal pole this time but I’ve experienced bright red spotting that’s light and not heavy, no cramps, I just need help and advice because I’m convinced it’s still a miscarriage but idk what to expect or if there is any hope, the spotting started @9:00 an it’s currently 5:48 pm
