Tmi Leaking amniotic fluid or water discharge?

So for about a week I've noticed my unders have been getting really wet.  Sometimes it's obviously white creamy discharge but then sometimes it's just wet with no color and drys with no color. But I'm only 30 weeks. I'm really good at over thinking stuff and my sister leaked fluid foe a week before she delivered but she was term. Just want a peace of mind.

It’s likely just discharge. I had the same thing around that time and also earlier in pregnancy. Both times it turned out to be a mild yeast infection. Which is odd because I had no symptoms (no itching or clumpy discharge), just watery discharge like I peed my pants every few hours. I used monistat and it stopped.

the only way to know is to have an amnisure test done, that can determine whether it's amniotic fluid or not. call your OB and they can perform the test (or advise you to go to the ED to have it done) it's a swab they place by your cervix for 1 minute and then they test the fluid on the swab.

I'm thinking watery discharge.  It's pretty random not like me moving and it comes out. The last 2 days I or panty liners and the only thing I could see was discharged.  Believe I'm just overly paranoid. 😅
