Did preseed help you conceive?

Just curious as I will be giving it a shot this month.

Used it for 2 cycles and nothing happened,the month  I stopped using it I got pregnant.Have you tried exercising,detoxing,eating healthy.I think that’s what worked for me.

Everyone I know (including myself) that has used it has gotten pregnant within the first  couple of months using it.

i don't know if it was a coincidence or not but we tried one month (not tracking ovulation or using anything) and didn't get pregnant and the next i tracked ovulation and used preeseed and got pregnant! my sister also used preeseed her first month TTC and got pregnant. i wouldn't say it's a guarantee since the percentage of getting pregnant each cycle isn't very high, but i do think it can help create a sperm-friendly environment and help them move better. i would also track your ovulation if you aren't already so you know for sure when you're ovulating!

It could have been coincidence, but one pregnancy it worked 1st month trying and the other pregnancy it worked 2nd month trying.
It just helps if you don’t creat enough CM on your own.
