19 weeks leaking colostrum and in pain

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with leaking at 19 weeks? I know it’s normal. My breasts are so incredibly painful so I’ve been massaging them to help and I leak a ton. I stop as soon as I notice a few drops because I read it can start early labor but I really need to figure out a way to help with the pain. Would expressing all the milk out help? The pain is very similar to when I was breastfeeding my son so I think it’s related to that because this isn’t just pregnancy boob pain. With my son I didn’t start leaking till the end of my pregnancy and it was such a small amount it would just get crustiesh
