I think it was around 7 weeks postpartum but I definitely should have waited longer, I had an extremely long labor that ended in an unplanned csection. I think there was scar tissue inside that just wasn’t healed enough, sex hurt a lot, it didn’t start getting better at least some of the time until around 6 months postpartum.

After I got checked out and got my birth control sorted.

I waited 2 weeks. My son tore me in 3 different places had to have 20 stitches all together. It hurt extremely bad at first because of where the tears were. But once I got used to it it was amazing.
