Really stressed and would love any helpful comments

So me and my bf have been trying to conceive this past month. The past week or so my breasts have been painful, heavy and veiny. Also had cramps, eating habits changed and I’ve been pretty moody. Usually I don’t have any of these symptoms before a period. Today I started slightly bleeding a day before my period. But the bleeding was a light red and only appeared when I wiped. Nothing in the toilet and it’s been getting faint throughout the day. My periods are usually heavy especially the first day. Would you say this is implantation bleeding? I’m only asking because how different it is and the symptoms leading up to this.
