Anytime now but if food allergies are common in your families then make sure you are ready to go to the hospital. Better to be prepared. I know people who have tried common allergen foods in the car in the parking lot at the hospital.

You can whenever the baby starts to eat solids. If I were you I'd introduce it by itself because there's always a chance of them being allergic and if you have multiple things you're giving them at that time for instance lunch and you give a variety of different little things they haven't tried before you're not going to know exactly what the allergic reaction came from !

Whenever you want. If a child has an allergy it’s going to happen either way. You could always do testing in an allergy office first if you’re nervous. I have a child with severe food allergies so I totally get the scare.

I just kept an eye on my baby when I gave him eggs or peanut butter for the first time, but once you start them on solids you should be good to go. Just keep an eye on them and see if you notice them having any reactions
