Light brown spotting and discharge

10 weeks 4 days and last night I had the smallest amount of brown blood. It wasn’t dark brown it was very very light but this morning there was more of it and it was a little darker in color but still light. I’ve made an appointment over blood like this in the past maybe around 8 weeks and she told me she wouldn’t worry about brown or light pink spotting but I can’t help but worry! Especially since I’m farther along now. I’m having small cramps too..hopefully it’s just related to my uterus stretching and growing. Anyone else experience this? I can’t help but overthink everything 😰
