I unfortunately had a miscarriage april the 6th/7th. Now yday I had a tiny bit of pink/brown discharge with slight lower back pain and cramps. Is it possible its my period or could I be pregnant?

Could be either. PMS symptoms are often the same as early pregnancy symptoms. You could take a test if you’re unsure as some people do conceive after a miscarriage before their first period
