Implant Bleeding or Period?

I usually have a heavy flow, but on the day of my period it was lighter than usually. I had some white creamy like lotion discharge before my period started and it had like a fish smell. I got a uti test and it said I was positive for leukocytes. I have changed my diet recently. I have stopped Keto and introduced carbs back to my diet and not lightly. I also been drinking a gallon of water more a day.

I also been cramping like my normal periods do. Also flow has been getting slightly a little heavy. It feels kind like I'm back up because I won't see a yhting in my pad. And then I will gush out chunks of blood.

I'm just really confused,
