Tips for emotional eating

I’m noticing that lately I’ve been doing some emotional eating. Life is hard and stressful lately and it likely will be that way for at least a few more months and I normally eat very healthy and control my portions to maintain weight and I have been putting all my energy into other things. This is leaving my to just eat whatever makes me feel happy and whatever is easy. I’ve been trying to do better but it’s only lasting a day or so. Usually I don’t have any trouble with just getting on track and staying on track or eating off one day then resuming normal the next but I’m just craving junk and eating junk. Does anyone have any tips to combat emotional eating?
