Expedia problems

Has anyone had horrible problems with Expedia??? I’m fucking losing my mind with them!! I booked a flight and had flight protection and had to reschedule it because my baby caught covid. So I rescheduled it for a new flight only to find out the old flight was never cancelled! so I called Expedia. They said it’s unrefundable but they would give me flight credits for a new flight and cancel both old flights and I would get a refund for the second flight that was supposed to be rescheduled. So they created a new flight and used the credits but upcharged me $44. Fine. I wake up this morning to the airline telling me they cancelled the flight and they gave me airline credits. Now I only have one pair of credits and I’m SO CONFUSED! i have to book a whole new 4th fucking flight and I’m still getting charged. I’m losing it guys
