40+3 intense contractions 3 minutes apart and bleeding, sent home from l&d

I posted on here earlier today, but for the last 6 hours I’ve had pretty intense contractions that are around 3-4 minutes apart. I went to labor and delivery and I was sent home due to not being dilated enough. I’m in extreme pain and idk what I’m supposed to do. They just said come back if it gets worse, it’s already bad and i can’t think or walk or talk through the pain. And kept saying I was in very early labor.

I’ve also had bleeding and spotting since the contractions began. Sorry for the TMI picture
