Husband don't understand my body after 10weeks pp !!!!

So I'm 10weeks pp an I have the coil fitted in also an he has a very high sex drive but I don't I didn't have a high level of a sex drive before I even got pregnant as I've been on any many birth control it's just took my sex drive away to 0% an I keep saying please just understand I've just had a baby 10 weeks ago so I'm not gonna be relly in the mind cuz by the time I've got my baby an child to bed it's 10 or 10.30 an I'm tried by then for any think eles an I just won't him to be a bit more understanding an not go in a mood becouse we not having sex. We have had sex about 3 or 4 time already since I was about 7 weeks pp anyone eles been though this ?
