Not trying but…

I had my baby on 12-1-21 via c-section, I had my first period after that in early February and I haven’t had one since….I took pregnancy tests and they said negative so I just blew it off but I still haven’t had my period and I’m getting nervous. I’m getting a hpt tomorrow and already have a dr appointment scheduled for later in the month….. I’m nervous 😅idk if it’s related or not but yesterday and today I’ve been extremely hungry and peeing a lot… coincidence…? I also have a severe sinus infection and headaches so maybe I’m just reading to much into it…?
