When do I start counting DPO???

Hey all, u got a positive opk yesterday. When do I start counting days post ovulation?

Answer

Most people count ovulation as the day after peak test so DPO would start the day after that (1dpo would be the second day after peak test). Unless you’re tracking bbt to confirm ovulation, that’s about as accurate as you can get. Good luck.
