Head was so heavy due to hair dye

This will be the last post I swear but I’ve noticed that while I dye my hair my head gets sooo heavy because of the product so I have to lay my head a bit lower and lean on the chair support. I also find it hard to breathe but once my hair is done I feel back to normal. I also felt a bit sick while I was getting it done. I would’ve made this all one post but it wouldn’t let me go edit the post. So what should I do when I go dye my hair the next time? I’m a bit shy
