Tattoo infected? Help!

I got a new tattoo on May 21st, the artist has had me do dry healing (this is the first tattoo I’ve done dry healing with) I’ve been following his instructions exactly, wash 2 times a day with unscented antibacterial soap with clean hands, and apply no lotion or moisturizers. It’s been flaking like normal besides some pieces that have decided to stay lol, but around the breasts on the tattoo, it’s red, I’m nervous it’s getting infected. I did have very heavy bruising for the first week and a half and the redness has appeared after the bruising is gone. I have many other tattoos (this is my first thigh piece) and I’ve never had anything like this happen. I’m a very paranoid person, I’m very careful with my healing tattoos. This photo is right after I washed it. Is this normal?
