paranoid

I had intercourse last week with my boyfriend we went rounds. the first time the we finished we saw the semen inside the condom and we tested to see if it ripped which it didn’t the second time he finished when he took the condom out we didn’t see the semen he said it might have spilled and we check to see if the condom ripped but it didn’t. So I’m just so paranoid that when he took the condom off it spilled in me bc he was like an inch or two away from me and ever since then I couldn’t stop eating. any tips, or advice?
