Hiding 2nd pregnancy ?

My daughter just turned 6 months & I am 17 weeks pregnant today. I haven’t told anyone besides my bf and one friend. I’ve hid it pretty well until today.. his grandmother ( a very spiritual lady ) came into the room today and explained how she’s been having dreams about fish which means someone in the family is pregnant. We laugh and say not us ofc. But now I’m feeling guilty like I shouldn’t keep this baby hidden? I know my family will react badly because of how close in age they will be & they didn’t react the best the first time; they suggested I had an abortion after I said I was keeping. Anyways I just don’t feel the need to tell anyone but is this wrong of me ?
