Should or should I not be upset about this

My grandmother is working with a lady who is Jamaican and has a heavy accent my grandma can not understand her so in return she’s being completely rude too her coworker. My husband is Jamaican & we have to kids who are also Jamaican

And this situation has me so upset!! She will ft me & basically show me how rude she’s being and basically mocking her accent. I feel she’s also trying to get me too explode. I expressed this to my husband and he says just don’t respond anymore but it’s taking so much out of me not too. Because this could’ve easily been our kids simply because they’re Jamaican
